Stackurity Cloud: free plan for one application

Most small teams know they should be tracking vulnerabilities in what they run. Few do it, because the tools are priced for security departments. From today, Stackurity Cloud has a free plan for exactly that team: one application, watched properly, for nothing.

What you get on Free

  • One project with up to 4 assets: for example two servers, the application's repository and its container image.
  • Every check the paid plans run: new advisories matched every hour, CISA's Known Exploited Vulnerabilities list, and end-of-life dates for operating systems and runtimes.
  • Leaked-key detection: keys, tokens and passwords left in files, graded by who can actually reach them.
  • Fixes, not just findings: Stackurity groups issues into upgrades, so one change clears many, and Check again proves the fix worked.
  • Alerts by email or the Slack app, with up to 3 rules, and 30 days of history.
  • Two members, so a second person can see the same picture.
The Fixes list: one upgrade per line, most urgent first, with how many issues each clears
The Fixes page: one upgrade per line, with the issues it clears (demo data).

Why free, and why these limits

We would rather you watch one real application than trial ten and forget them. Free is sized for a single app run by one or two people. When the team or the estate grows, Starter is $10 a month for 2 projects and 15 assets, and Team and Business add automatic fixes, several teams and audit-ready evidence reports.

New sign-ups also get the Team features for 14 days, so you can see automatic fixes and evidence reports on your own data before deciding. When the trial ends you stay on Free; nothing is deleted.

Prefer to run it yourself?

The self-hosted Community edition is still free forever, with no limit on projects or assets. Stackurity's core is open source under Apache 2.0.
