Shipping and delivery

Stackurity Cloud is software delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.

How the service is delivered

• You use Stackurity Cloud in your browser at app.stackurity.dev. There is no shipping address and no shipping charge.
• Your account is ready as soon as you confirm your email address. The free trial starts at once.
• When you buy or change a paid plan, its higher limits apply as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. A receipt is emailed to you and the invoice is under Settings, Plan and billing.
• If a paid plan has not started after a successful payment, email [email protected] with the payment id and we will fix it, or refund you as described in Cancellation and refunds.

Exchanges

There is nothing to return or exchange. You can move to a different plan at any time under Settings, Plan and billing. Cancellations and refunds are covered in Cancellation and refunds.
